Order Fulfillment
Once orders are in the process of being fulfilled, they cannot be cancelled. If, for some reason you need to cancel your order, please email us with your order number at orders@ed46f33e3e.nxcli.io within 4 hours of purchase to request a cancellation.
All apparel takes about 2-7 business days to create. Non-apparel items (i.e. phone cases, mugs, etc.) take 2-5 business days.
Shipping
Most orders are shipped, on average, within 3 days of ordering; however, this may vary during peak/holiday seasons. The time it takes to receive your order depends on the type(s) of product ordered and your shipping destination. Estimated shipping delivery times are as follows:
USA: 3-5 business days
Canada: 5-10 business days
World: 10-20 business days

Standard shipping in the U.S. ranges from 2-8 business days, while International orders can take anywhere from 10-20 business days. Please note that international shipments may incur customs fees. The customs policy in every country is different, and fees are usually based on a variety of factors, including weight, value, and size. Therefore, we do not take responsibility for customs fees. Please check with your country’s customs office to find out what your additional costs will be.
Twenty Four Six is not responsible for any packages lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit. Customers are responsible for contacting their local Post Office in the rare event their packages are marked ‘delivered’ through USPS tracking, yet have not been received. All items shipped are beyond our control once they leave our premises.
Twenty Four Six is not responsible for undeliverable items or items sent to the wrong address. Please check your shipping address closely before placing an order.
Twenty Four Six is not responsible for shipping delays caused by USPS, weather, or other events beyond our control.
Returns & Exchanges
All items are made to order. Therefore everything is final sale, except for items that are damaged on arrival. We cannot accept returns or issue exchanges for buyer’s remorse or sizing errors, unless the error was on our end. Please be sure to carefully review and double check all product and sizing information before making a purchase. Size charts are available on each product page for apparel items.
If you’re unhappy with the size you received, check to make sure that the size stated on the garment matches that stated on the sizing chart. Though rare, it’s possible that the garment was mislabelled. If that’s the case, email us at orders@ed46f33e3e.nxcli.io with your order number and 2 photos showing proof, and we’ll get you sorted out.
For items that are incorrect or damaged when received, we will provide a replacement at no cost to you. To initiate the return process for defective or damaged goods, contact us at orders@ed46f33e3e.nxcli.io with your order number, a description of the damage/defect, and 3 photos showing proof.
All claims must be received within 48 hours of your package delivery to be eligible for returns. Please allow 2-3 weeks for your return to be received and processed.
